Fellow listeners, Mondays are becoming even more beautiful: Every first Monday of the month, our two radios join energies to imagine, make, fill and offer a space for counterhistories, popular musics, rhythms and echoes, inviting a variety of voices and sonic perspectives:
 

On the first Monday in January 2025,  we listen back to Sonic Interventions' live improvisation session in the SAVVY house last summer within the project STEPPING ON EACH OTHER'S FEET. Departing from a plurality of backgrounds and musical traditions, they respond to the project's call to conceive a porous score of improvisation, as a means of sensing and communing with the many embodied vulnerabilities we share within. They proposed experimentation with a hybrid format: live instrumental improvisation meeting DJ improvisation. In this session, they listened to the undercurrent pulses of language from their instruments and to those of the bodies, voices, and energies of each other as well as the audience. Tune in to the joined modulations of embodied musical and spiritual archives, ancestral practices, sonic abilities, and struggles.
