PARTICIPATION The workshop is open to all from the age of 14, but has limited capacity with half of the spots reserved for our neighbours living in Wedding. If you are interested in joining us, kindly send an email with subject line "Lamp" to weddingaffairs@savvy-contemporary.com with your name and in which neighbourhood you live.
In this two-part workshop, participants will learn basic concepts of electricity and electronics, different types of lighting sources (bulbs, LED strips, tungsten, etc.) and how to apply them to the construction of DIY lamps or luminous objects. We will use standard materials for electrical construction and recycling material or resignification of objects for the light design. Santiago recommends to participate both days of the workshop to get the full learning experience.
