Join the Abakwa Arts and Craft Fair – Organised by Lem D Foundation and SAVVY Contemporary, this regional fair honoring and centering the diverse skills within the various Cameroonian regions provides a platform where a wide variety of practices can be promoted, taught, and sustained. The aim is to foster inter-generational transmissions of skills and knowledges across communities and customs.
Complementary to carrying, preserving, and presenting culture through the handicraft from local regions, the Abakwa Arts and Craft fair will also provide a marketplace, and thus contribute to stimulating and sustaining the local economy.
